Terms & Conditions
Due to the highly custom and artistic nature of our sculptures, all sales are final. No returns,
exchanges, or cancellations are accepted once payment is made.
While the artist thoughtfully considers customer preferences, the final design, including
colors, finishes, and details, is at the sole discretion of the artist, unless otherwise
specifically requested and agreed upon in writing prior to production. If no specific instructions
are provided, the artist will select design elements that best complement the sculpture.
For all U.S. orders, a shipping deposit is required at checkout, and the remaining shipping
balance is to be paid directly to the shipping company upon delivery. All shipments are
sent FOB origin, meaning risk of loss or damage during transit transfers to the buyer once the
sculpture leaves our facility. We are not responsible for any damage incurred during shipping.
We do not provide any warranties or guarantees. Any damage to the sculpture—whether
during shipping, installation, weather exposure, accidental impact, or otherwise—is not
our responsibility, even if installation was performed or arranged by us.
Payment is required to reserve your spot in our production queue. Production timelines
vary depending on demand and are subject to change. In the event of a cancellation after
payment, a non-refundable cancellation fee equal to 25% of the total purchase price will
apply, regardless of reason.
