At Seaside Mailbox, every sculpture is a one-of-a-kind work of art, handcrafted with care in Florida. Because of the custom and artistic nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.
We take great care in packaging each sculpture so it arrives safely at your door. If your mailbox sculpture arrives with visible damage:

Do not accept delivery from the carrier.
- Ask the carrier to mark the package as “refused due to damage.”
- Contact us immediately at [your email / phone].
Once notified, we will arrange for a replacement sculpture of the same design, ensuring you receive a mailbox you’ll be proud to display.
Custom Orders
Custom mailbox sculptures are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
