Due to the custom nature of our sculptures, all sales are final with no returns or exchanges accepted. While the artist welcomes and considers customer preferences, the final design, including colors and details, is at the sole discretion of the artist unless otherwise specifically requested and agreed upon. Unless specific instructions are provided by the customer, the artist will select colors, finishes, and design details to best complement the sculpture. Delivery is free within Florida; for all other states, a shipping deposit is required at checkout, and the remaining shipping balance must be paid directly to the shipping company upon delivery. All shipments are FOB (Free On Board) origin, and we are not responsible for any damage incurred during shipping. Payment is required to reserve your place in the production queue, and a cancellation fee of 25% of the total purchase price applies to any cancellations made after payment, regardless of reason. Production wait times vary based on demand and circumstances and are subject to change.
