Shipping policy
We take pride in delivering and installing our sculptures with the same care and craftsmanship that goes into creating them. Please review our shipping policies below so you know exactly what to expect:
Florida Deliveries & Installations
We personally deliver and install sculptures throughout the state of Florida. This ensures your piece arrives safely and is properly set up at its final destination.
Out-of-State Shipping
For customers outside of Florida, shipping is arranged through a trusted third-party freight carrier. This service is billed separately, and the customer is responsible for covering shipping costs. We will coordinate the logistics and provide estimates, but final payment for shipping is made directly by the customer.
Packaging & Handling
Every sculpture is carefully packaged and secured for transport. Despite our best efforts, shipping can sometimes involve risks outside of our control. If your piece arrives damaged, it is very important that you either:
- Refuse the delivery, or
- Note any visible damage on the delivery paperwork before signing.
This allows us to step in and help resolve the issue quickly with the carrier.
Responsibility & FOB Terms
All shipments are FOB (Free on Board) origin. This means that once your sculpture leaves our facility, responsibility for the shipment transfers to you, the customer. That said, we are committed to assisting you and will do our best to resolve any issues should they arise.
Shipping Times & Updates
Delivery and shipping times can vary depending on location and carrier schedules. We will keep you updated with estimated arrival times (ETAs) so you always know when to expect your sculpture.
