You’re welcome to request a color palette or style direction, and we’ll do our best to honor it. However, the final design is ultimately at the artist’s discretion to maintain artistic integrity and balance.

We accept a limited number of custom design commissions each season. Contact us early if you’re interested in something truly one-of-a-kind!

Production time varies depending on demand but typically ranges from 4–10 weeks. Once your piece is ready, we’ll coordinate shipping or delivery with you directly.

Delivery is free within Florida. For out-of-state orders, a shipping deposit is collected at checkout and the remaining balance is paid directly to the shipping carrier at the time of delivery.

Yes! Professional installation is available in all Florida Zip codes. It includes excavation, installation, hurricane anchors, and disposal of your old mailbox.
